when will the pictures be ready?
galleries will be ready two to three weeks after picture day, depending on the size of your school. You will receive email notification when the gallery is open.

how do i order photos?
all viewing and ordering is done online within the proofing gallery. Prints, digital images, and canvas products are all available.

if i order prints, how do i get them?
all print orders will be batch delivered to the school for distribution following the close of the print ordering period. If you wish to have your orders back faster, choose the $6 direct shipping option.

What if my out of town family would like to order?

Send out of town family the gallery link and your student's access code. they are welcome to purchase, but Make sure you remind them to pay for direct shipping if they don't want their pictures delivered to the school.

How will I get my digital images?

Once your purchase goes though, you will receive your digital images in a zip file in your email. If for some reason they don't show up, just email me at helloreallifephotoco@gmail.com

Why are class and group photos not available as digital images?

class or group photos are not offered as digital images, simply to protect the other individuals in the image. In our day and age of sharing everything online we want to make sure the privacy of others is protected if they don't wish to have their image shared online. That is also why they are not included in the digital album purchase. The digital album purchase is ONLY for your student's individual images.

Where can I make my own prints with my digital images?

do not just print your images anywhere. We only guarantee the best quality if you print through Mpix or unit prints . Both labs are sister companies to the professional labs we use, so you know you're getting the best quality product!
