The number one question we get is, "What should my student wear on picture day?" If your school requires uniforms, that's an easy answer. For those that don't almost anything works, but here are some suggestions.
DO WEAR: Clothing in colors that match their eye color. Anything with fun detail around the collar is great!
AVOID WEARING: Large logos, neon colors, brown and orange, shirts similarly colored to the backdrop (typically grey), and hooded sweatshirts.

on Picture Day
- Every student has their picture taken on picture day.
- We don't force smiles, we simply interact with students to draw out their unique personality and get honest reactions.
- We make sure students look their best while they're in front of our camera.
After Picture Day
- When photos are ready families will get email notification
- each student has their own private gallery.
- All viewing and ordering is done within the online gallery.
- THERE ARE MULTIPLE POSES TO CHOOSE FROM INCLUDING BLACK AND WHITE IMAGES.
- Packages, digitals, and individual prints are available.
- Pictures can be shipped directly to your home or dropped at the school at the end of the order period.

How do I order photos?
All viewing and ordering is done online within your student's private online gallery. Prints, digital images, and canvas products are all available.

What products do you offer and how much are pictures?
Whether you're looking to order a solo print, a print package, or purchase a digital album we have several options to choose from that we hope will fit every budget. Prices and offerings subject to change.

How can I get my prints faster?
Great question. You can always pay for direct shipping in order to get your prints quicker than your school's batch order deadline. Orders that have direct shipping are immediately sent to the lab for printing and usually arrive within a week. The lab even keeps you updated on the progress of your shipment.
Do you offer retouching?
We sure do! You can find retouching under the "Individual Products" tab in your student's album. Retouching is a per pose charge. You will need to purchase retouching for each pose that needs to be retouched. The retouching cost is only for the service, not any prints or products. Basic retouching covers small facial imperfections as well as glass glare. If you're interested in something more detailed, please reach out to us directly.
Can grandparents or other family order pictures?
Yes! You can simply send anyone you know and trust the gallery link, as well as your student's access code information. If they choose to purchase prints they will need to purchase direct shipping, otherwise their pictures will be delivered to the school for distribution.
How will I get my digital images?
Digital images are delivered to your inbox immediately after you make your purchase. Please make sure to download the files right away, as the download link does expire after a few weeks. If you have any issues with that you can always contact us for help.
Why are class and group photos not available as digital images?
Class or group photos are not offered as digital images, simply to protect the other individuals in the image. In our day and age of sharing everything online we want to make sure the privacy of others is protected if they don't wish to have their image shared online. That is also why they are not included in the digital album purchase. The digital album purchase is ONLY for your student's individual images.
Do you offer sibling photos?
Some of our schools allow us to do sibling photos. For most, that will be during our regular scheduled time at the school. Or we schedule a special time before or after school for these unique images. If a school chooses to do sibling group photos we typically ask that families pre-register a week before picture day. All students get their own individual album, and the sibling group photos are placed inside their own separate album. Purchases for sibling group photos can be made using our individual products offerings or packages. You cannot combine the sibling group photos in the simple, classic, or premium packages. In the case where a school requests that we host sibling group photos, we do have a special mix and match package that families can take advantage of.

Where can I make my own prints with my digital images?
Please do not just print your images anywhere. Not all photo labs are equal! We only guarantee the best quality if you print through Mpix or Unit Prints . Both labs are the sister companies to the professional labs we use, so you know you're getting the best quality product. They often have sales, so make sure to get on their email list.
Do you do family photos?
Yes! We typically host annual family mini session events a few times a year. We also have several members on the team that do family photos in a variety of ways. If you would like to learn more, sign up for our email newsletter or contact us directly.
